Accessibility statement
We want Calmcontroller to be comfortable for everyone to use, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have built in
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and buttons are designed for strong contrast against the soft pastel backgrounds.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the drifting decorations and the Breathe & Choose animation stay still; the breathing guide still counts in text.
- Calm-profile icons always have a text label for screen readers, and filter results are announced as they change.
- Pages reflow to a single column on small screens and support text zoom up to 200%.
Known limitations
Our images are decorative artwork and mostly have empty alternative text so screen readers skip them. Source links open official websites that we do not control and which may have their own accessibility issues.
Tell us about a problem
